User Accounts

When creating your member account, choose a username which is not easy to guess and a secure password including numbers and symbols to protect your account. Please be extra careful to enter your email address correctly. Gmail and Googlemail addresses can cause problems as the mail often gets marked as junk or is delayed for several hours. You can add our automated address welcome@pvcdreams.com to your email whitelist or friends list. A welcome email will be automatically sent to you soon as your account has been setup.

If you have not received your welcome email after a short time, please check your 'junk' or 'spam' mailboxes in case the automated email has been marked as spam.

Smart Televisions

If you want to watch PVC Dreams on your Smart TV, activate the smart mode and load the web browser app. Use the 'full screen' button at the right hand end of the play bar to make the video run full screen on your TV. The vast majority of smart TVs support HTML5 video streaming but if you have an older model which does not support it, you can mirror or cast the display from your mobile device onto your smart TV. Chromecast allows you to watch video playing on your Android mobile device on your TV and if you have an iPad or iPhone, then you can use 'screen mirroring' to do the same thing, or use a plug-in device on your TV such as the Amazon Fire TV Stick.

To use our site, your browser or device needs to support either DASH Streaming, Apple HLS or have the Adobe Flash player plug-in installed. More information is available on our Frequently asked questions or from Customer Support.
