How does the site work ?
It's pretty simple. Join PVC Dreams by going to the Join Us section. Once you are a member, you can view any of the fetish films that are on the site, anytime you like on any supported device. What devices and browsers do you support ?

Why do I get the message 'Rejected' when I enter my credit or debit card details ?
When you enter your card details, you must enter your details exactly as they appear on your credit card statement, or your bank statement if you are using a debit card. This includes your house name or number and your postal code. You must also enter the 3 digit security code on the back of the card. If you have done this and your card is still rejected, please contact us.
How do I try before I buy ?
Watch the Preview Stream, which also allows you to test whether your device or browser can use the Direct Play option, or requires the Flash compatible player. You can also see if your broadband connection is fast enough to handle streaming - we recommend a stable speed of 2Mb or faster. Click the 'Preview' button on the main site menu.
Why did I not receive my welcome email ?
Check your 'spam' or 'junk' mailboxes as automated emails can get marked as spam. @gmail and @googlemail addresses can cause problems as the mail often gets marked as junk or is delayed for several hours. You can add our automated address noreply@pvcdreams.com to your email whitelist or friends list. If you are still unable to find the email

How do I use the My Favourites videos list ?
When you watch a video, you will see the 'Add to My Favourites' button. Click or touch this and that video will be added to your favourites list. To see your list, click the Settings icon at the top right of the site and select My Favourites. Click the picture to watch a video or click the 'Remove' icon to remove a video from your list. If you decide to cancel your membership and then rejoin the site at a later date, providing you use the same email address, the videos which you added will still be shown on your list.
I have a problem using the site ?

Do you make custom videos or accept story suggestions for the site ?
Yes to both questions! We have made custom videos for people who want us to film their own particular PVC or rubber based fetish fantasy story. So if you would like one, send us a message with some brief details via the Customer Support page. If you would like to suggest a storyline for a film to go on the site, please visit our Facebook Group. We will do our best to include as many of them as possible in shoots.
How do I cancel my membership ?
Log in and click on the Settings icon at the top right of the site, then click on the Membership button. After you cancel, your membership will expire at the end of your current 30 day membership period, this date is shown on the screen. If you decide during this period that you want your membership to contine, you can use the same button to restore your membership if the expiry date has not passed. If the expiry date has already passed, you will have to rejoin the site.
Why is my account locked out ?
There are two possible reasons: 1. As a security precaution, if you enter an incorrect login password too often within a short time, your account will be locked out. If this happens, you must use the lost password feature to reset your password.
2. After your payment is taken, the name and address that you entered is fraud checked against your payment card. If you have entered incorrect information, your account will be locked out until you contact Customer Support and provide the correct information.
I have lost my password ?
Go to the login page and click on the 'Lost your password' link or click here. Follow the instructions to reset your login password.
Why did I see a message saying I was already logged in ?
When you finish using the site, you should always log off. If you close your browser, or if it crashes or there is a communications error, the site will think you are logged in until your account resets. Check that you are not still logged in, wait a few minutes and then try again. If you get this message when you have not used the site recently, please contact us so we can investigate the problem.
How do I change my account settings ?
When you are logged into the site, click the settings gear wheel icon at the top right of the screen. From there you can manage all your account settings.
